  • check Accessible Public Areas: The public areas include public shared bathrooms located on the 1st floor. 84 Main is located between two businesses the Main St Barber Shop and The Blue coffee house, we share public walkways with these businesses.
  • check Accessible Routes from Public Entrance: There are two entrances into 84 Main. The front entrance leading into the elevator is connected to the sidewalk by a ramp allowing wheelchair access. The back entrance is accessible by stairs from our 7-lot private parking lot.
  • check Additional Accessible Features: No features in the rooms are modified for handicap accessibility. Example: No shower chair, No shower grab bars, No lifted toilets, No modified shower or tubs.
  • check Accessible Guest Room Features: The 2nd and 3rd floor units have easy elevator access as well as two stairways located in the front and back of the building. Our penthouse unit the elevator opens directly into the unit, as well as being connected to previously mentioned stairways. Five of our units have balconies, this includes the wrap around balcony in the PH suite. In unit closets as well as closet rods are adjustable as well as kitchen pantry is easily accessible.

Enjoyed biking to Kennebunkport and hiking the Audubon bird sanctuary in Biddeford Pool. Walked around town of Kennebunk also. Nice get away during covid times. Cooked in, watched movies and played games.”

Even though we didn’t get to meet the staff in person, they were always courteous and helpful by phone/email. The rooms in the resort are spectacular! The beds are comfy and the rooms were spotless. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice building and units located in the center of town. All the amenities of being at home. So easy to get to from route one.You can walk to several things in the downtown section from where you are, or a very short drive to anything Kennebunk or Kennebunkport.”

Upon arrival at 84 Main I was initially impressed with the security and quality of the property. It was spacious with a beautiful kitchen, large living area and extra closet space. Its location was within walking distance of several shops and restaurants with other attractions within a few minutes’ drive.

This little hotel only has 7 units but all are spacious, clean, and have very modern conveniences. It is located in Kennebunk and is convenient to a number of interesting sights including Kennebunkport and the Maine beaches. They even provide a beach parking pass for use during your stay. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this hotel when we are in the area again.

The location of this condo is great. Right in the heart of Kennebunk and about a 15 minute drive to the beaches. A parking pass for the beach is provided. Condo is well stocked with new appliances. The noise between units is minimal. Room darkening shades in the living room made is possible for our son to comfortably sleep on the pullout couch. My one complaint is that construction was going on in the building and we were not informed in advance. On our first day they were drilling concrete at 7am. Way to early for a “high end” vacation rental. Also a one hour check in window is fairly difficult to adhere to. Please note they have a strict 10am check out time.
